starting over

I just feel like nothing ever works out. Especially my diet, it hasn’t been as good as it should be. I have to lose at least 15 lbs by the middle of june. so I have a little over a month. ._. and if I do this, my reward will be a monroe piercing! xDDDDD so excited for that. I’m not even that worried about the process of getting one, i mean, i have a feeling it’s going to hurt, but only be for a few seconds and it’ll be all worth it!

I’ve learned it’s reaaaaalllly important to be organized when you’re trying to lose weight. keeping a calorie book, writing in it everyday, a devised meal plan, a fridge full of healthy foods, the right mind set, etc…

So yeah, there are some things I really need to start doing again:

-buy groceries

-clean room

-buy new calorie book

-throw out or give away any clothes I don’t use anymore

-devise meal plan

-devise exercise plan

-weigh in and take measures every thursday

so much to do!
