So today, some of my friends came over and we just hung out like old times :] There was also food -.- I had sooo much to eat. Even after they left, I kept eating. I feel disgusting! :’/ I’m reallllllly disappointed in myself, I’ve lost focus on my goal. So I’m going on the ABC diet, it’s official! Just to clear the air, I’m not proana or whatever ^_^ Just really determined to lose weight and I need to lose about 20-30 lbs in four months. I’m really excited yet nervous because this is definitely going to be hard. I tend to find comfort in food but I need to break that habit immediately if I want to have success. Here are the guidelines:
